Challenge
Aim Bots program was launched to enhance user engagement and drive incremental revenue beyond the banner ad $ at the bottom of the Buddy List.
This was accomplished by selling targeted inline text and graphical sponsorships for each bot. Advertisers included: Pizza Hit, McDonalds, Kaplans, Dicks Sporting Goods, Hearst Media, Bauer Teen Media, WSJ, Justice, A&F, CW and TMZ. Close to $10MM in annual revenue generated by the program.
