PROJECT: Word Supreme Game (Reach Messaging)

Role:

Hired by Reach Messaging as GM of Product to be responsible for creating, developing and managing the product portfolio. Charged with meeting customer needs and driving aggressive business growth and profitability.

Challenge:

Approached by customer (Hasim ‘The Rock’ Rahman) to build an IOS game that leveraged the success of Words with Friends and social gaming. 

Resolution:

Built a game that surpassed feature set-wise 'Words with Friends'. Launched with a ’fremium’ model – Word Supreme Lite, which was free, limited features, had ads and only on iphone and Word Supreme, which cost $1.99, had no ads, robust feature set and versions for both iphone and ipad. Within 3 months generated 400K downloads.
